Tariff 2026

Weekly Rates, all tariffs are inclusive of VAT. Season from 28th March to 31st October.
Easter – 3 nights – Good Friday to Easter Monday £290. Extra nights by arrangement. You can also book weekends and part weeks during the early and late season. Prices are calculated on a per night basis (i.e. the weekly rate divided by seven) plus an additional service charge of £15. All you need to do is ring us to check there is a vacancy for the time you require.

To book your holiday

Please print and complete both booking forms (download the booking forms here) and send them to us enclosing your deposit cheque and a stamped addressed envelope for your confirmation. Our address is Kiln Cliffs, Cromer Road, Mundesley, Norfolk, NR11 8DF.

A deposit of £50 per week is required to book your holiday home. If you are booking within 4 weeks of your holiday the full amount due should be sent. Cheques should be made payable to: KILN CLIFFS LTD

Confirmation
We will confirm your booking by post or return your deposit in full if we cannot meet your request.

Full payment must be made at least 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. This date will be stated on your confirmation form.
Remember that no reminder will be sent.

Cancellations
If for any reason you have to cancel your holiday please note that CANCELLATIONS MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING.

Should you cancel your holiday up to 4 weeks before its starting date 50% of your deposit will be returned subject to reletting. Should you cancel within 4 weeks of your holiday the whole deposit is forfeit.

Kiln Cliffs provides:

  • Everything in the van is provided (all you need to bring is linen)
  • No extra charge for gas or electricity
  • TV points in all holiday homes
  • Car parking by each holiday home
  • Private path down to the beach
  • Your pets are welcome
  • Part week bookings available

Special offers:

During off-peak periods bookings can be made for part week or long weekends. These visits are charged on a daily pro rata basis and details will be provided on request. All you need to do is telephone us on 01263 720449
